We need Jr. Cadets
Jr. Cadets of
Veterans Helping Veterans & Others
Any young person 13 years of age or older can be a member of the Jr. Cadets.
Jr. Cadets are too young to be a member of Veterans Helping Veterans & Others,
but they can attend the monthly regular meetings to help make plans and take part in
the organization.

It is a great honor to be a Jr. Cadet in Veterans Helping Veterans & Others.
You get the opportunity to serve some of the most honorable people in the world,
our veterans.  You will be recognized as a Jr. Cadet and receive a nice certificate
suitable for framing to display proudly in your room or any place you like.

As a Jr. Cadet you will be able to visit the nursing homes, the shut ins, work in the
food pantry, clothing room, help with the annual Christmas Program and
the list goes on.

After proving yourself for one year as a Jr. Cadet, you can become a
Honorary Veteran for all your service to our veterans.

You will be caring for not only our veterans, but civilians alike who are in need
of help. If you think you have what it takes to be a Jr. Cadet sign up today.
Other veteran organizations, like the
AMVETS, have similar programs.  They call
their youth the Junior AMVETS.

Other veterans hold summer camps and
other summer programs for the youth,
and Veterans Helping Veterans & Others
is no exception.

Such programs will help keep our youth off
the streets and too busy to be into other
things that aren't good for them.
As a Jr. Cadet Ashley did a lot of volunteer work for our
veterans in the food pantry, clothing room, helped collect
much needed donations for the organization and worked
during our Annual Christmas For Needy Children Program.

Being a Jr. Cadet is a lot of fun, hard work and rewarding
as you help our homeless, needy veterans and others
that cannot help themselves.

Contact Veterans Helping Veterans & Others today and
find out how to join.  You will be glad you did.
